It’s finally here, we’re getting “Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time” on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on March 12, 2021 (PC port is coming at a later date via Battle.net launcher). In addition, those who already own the game on PlayStation 4, and Xbox One will be able to upgrade to the new consoles for no additional cost (Except in Japan on PS5, where it costs 100 yen).
This is the digital copy of Crash 4 (IAT) for computers running Windows coming at a later date. Here are some other information about this version of Crash 4:
- Internet connection IS REQUIRED to play this version of the game
- Totally Tubular skins will be available upon completion of the second level
- The game will be released on or before December 31 2021

Activision put up the Nintendo Switch listing of the game on the eShop in UK and Europe to enable pre-purchase/preorder of the game. Here’s the scope:
- The information on the webpage is not updated yet, despite the fact that its now possible to preorder online
- The Australian page (New Zealand) is up! – Preorder now (AUS – NZ)
- Here are the prices:
- Standard Edition is £44.99 GBP, €49.99 EUR
- Get the game digitally and get the Totally Tubular Skins for Crash and Coco, which unlocks upon completion of the second level

Earlier today, it was revealed by Activision that the game will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, in which went up for preorder shortly afterwards on the eShop. Here’s the scope:
- According to the CDN listing, the game weights at between 9.3-9.4 GB (or 9582 MB to be precise)
- Said CDN listing was uploaded about a week ago, and seems like it does support video capture
- The game does support local multiplayer modes found in the console version of the game, although none of these are simultaneous, so you will be waiting for turns.
- The game’s eligible for 200 points earned after purchase.
- It will be playable at 1080p docked and 720p handheld, both running at 30fps!

- Also supports surround sound (Linear PCM)
- Get the game digitally and get the Totally Tubular Skins for Crash and Coco, which unlocks upon completion of the second level
