Crash Bandicoot – Crash Bash


The Crash Retrospective continues with this party game set within the Crash universe. This follows Crash’s drift into the track with CTR, so we have another spin-off in the Crash series. With Naughty Dog not making this title, does the quality suffer, or does the title still offer a fun experience?

This game is a bit personal to me as it was one of the earliest games I played on the PS1 and this was my first Crash game.

Crash Bandicoot – Crash Team Racing


The final Naughty Dog Crash title is a game called ‘Crash Team Racing’ and it is a kart racer not unlike Diddy Kong Racing or Mario Kart. It is known by many one of the best kart racers of its era of gaming and I completely agree.

Crash Bandicoot 3 – Warped


Our spin through the Crash series continues with Naughty Dog’s final platforming adventure for the Bandicoot. This adds a lot to the series formula with Crash having more rides to use and the level themes having more variety. Crash 3 is one of the strongest PlayStation 1 games out there, so lets take a look into why this Warp is one you should revisit.

5689-2Crash 2 continues our run through the series history and this one came out only a year after the original came out. With such a short development period, the game must of suffered, right?

Nope, it ended up being on of the strongest games in the series and lets see how it compares to the original PS1 classic.

Crash Bandicoot – Looking Back on a Classic


This retrospective starts with the iconic original PlayStation 1 classic, and it was a lot of fun going back to this one. Crash Bandicoot is a great series that spans across a lot of games, but the original stands tall.

Taking the 2D Action Platformer and literally bringing that into 3D was unheard of before this game came out, so lets spin into action and see the humble origins of our Orange friend. Granted, Mario 64 came out two months in Japan before Crash’s launch but still, Crash was a very impressive early 3D Action Platformer.
