[LINKED] PlayStation Blog (EU): Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is #20 for January 2021’s Top Downloads (PS4)

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War leads on PS4 and PS5, with Beat Saber and Rocket League topping their respective charts.

Feels like 2021 just got started and here we are already looking back at January’s top downloads across PlayStation Store. Those four weeks flew by largely thanks to an amazing lineup of games to keep us busy!

Black Ops Cold War made a strong showing all through the charts, with FIFA 21 taking the top PS5 spot in Europe. Even with a late January release date, Hitman III infiltrated the list at second place in both regions – well done, Agent 47.

Activision Q4 2020 Conference Call: King’s “Crash Bandicoot: On the Run!” confirmed for March 2021, Call of Duty & game revenue, etc.

Earlier today, in Q4 2020 earnings conference call, Activision has stated in their own segment results the following bullet points that are related to Crash Bandicoot as of this quarter:

It is important to note that this quarter ended on December 31, 2020.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time has not been mentioned in the conference call, although it is safe to assume that the title has performed alright.

That’s all for now. If there’s any error or missing info, let me know ASAP!

WumpaLewis: What’s Next for Crash Bandicoot?

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time has been out for a few months now, but what’s next? Based on how much Crash content they’ve created over the past few years (N.Sane Trilogy, CTR Nitro-Fueled, Crash 4, Crash Bandicoot On The Run & the canceled Crash Bandicoot cartoon show) I think it’s safe to say there’s more coming in the future.

Literally have no idea what it could be but I could see there being another kart racer or party game, maybe another remake before the next mainline game releases in a few years
