Nick930: Direct Comparison of Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time and N. Sane Trilogy (Final)

Review code provided by Activision.

Direct visual and gameplay comparison of Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time to the Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy.

Both games are being played on a PS4Pro outputting on a 4K Display. Additional footage of the N-Sane Trilogy is also being recorded on the PC, also outputting at 4K with the settings maxed out.

Unlike my previous video covering Crash 4 – this video covers the FINAL version of Crash Bandicoot 4, and covers additional details not discussed previously.

Special thanks to Activision & Toys for Bob for providing me with the review code for this title.

Correction for this video: Contrary to what is claimed, Vicarious Visions did not use any source code from the original trilogy, and instead opting to remake everything from the ground up, being helped by using level geometry provided by Sony. See: Ars Technica’s article.
