Both PS4 and PS4 Pro render at a native resolution of 1920×1080.
Edit: When outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled, PS4 Pro uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1920×1080 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 1728×972. PS4 Pro in its 1080p output mode has improved performance compared to the 2160p output mode which renders at 1920×1080 without a dynamic resolution (image)
