It looks like Cakedoer was able to finally retrieve the lost fansite kit that was on Sierra’s FTP servers, at last. And yes, it does contain PSD files of several games, as well as wallpapers and other assorted stuff. Much like the Crash Nitro Kart-specific fansite kit ZIP (linked all here), the purpose of this kit was to help fansites use the assets for the following purposes, as described below (including the removed Lost Media Wiki’s page description of the content below):

It contained various promotional media for the Crash Bandicoot games of the early 2000’s, including, notably, layered PSD versions of promotional images.
