Since the PC release of N. Sane Trilogy, we’ve believed that you needed all 31 Relics to be Gold or higher to cause the final Gem to spawn and give 108%. We found out earlier tonight that you can actually have exactly ONE Sapphire Relic and still have the final Gem appear.
Because of this, with use of Running Shoes and Mach Tornado, you can actually just barely get the Sapphire Relic in Bug Lite at the same time as the Death Route Gem, with about a one second margin of error.
This is extremely difficult, but it’s estimated to save over a minute off of the run.
And with that, Bug Lite One Cycle in NST was born. — Watch live at twitch.tv/riko_ksb
