Now this is curious, despite being a minor update. Amazon Canada has updated the game’s listings for the game’s cover box art that now features a new badge for “The Game Awards 2019” for receiving the award for “Best Racing Game”. And yes, you may have noticed by now that Coco Bandicoot and Nitros Oxide have been removed as a result of this change… 🤨
I can also assume that this is part of the new Accolades promotion from the recent wave of other awards given to the game, and it might be featured on the back of the box.
Now the question is: will this feature an updated disc with all Grand Prix content released so far? We’re gonna find out once somebody gets their hand on this release of the game. It should be coming in very soon.
