Today is the anniversary for a game that ushered Crash’s foray into the next generation at the time and also the first time he’s on multiple platforms after Crash Bash made it to the scenes, developed by Traveller’s Tales, it received some mixed reviews over its reliance on non-platforming levels and being a “carbon copy of Warped” with some ideas not fleshed out as well, although the soundtrack and the cast are some of its highlights for being well done.
The game in North America has now reached its 18th anniversary, which was released on Monday, October 29, 2001, has a Metacritic score of 66 on the PlayStation 2, 70 on the Original Xbox, and 62 on the GameCube.
