Today, according to the Eastern Standard Timezone, is the anniversary for Crash Mind Over Mutant, the 2nd game to debut on the Nintendo Wii, just a year after the release of Crash of the Titans that adds several new things such as Coco as a playable character, ability to store mutants and a diverse amount of cartoon-style cutscenes, but also takes away the ability to skate, has an annoying amount of backtracking, and still had its cast redesigned again with the exception of Aku Aku and Uka Uka. It should be noted that the game was still riding on the success of Crash of the Titans, thus bringing with it the controversial for the redesigns, the gameplay style and the comedy.

The game in North America has now reached its 10th anniversary, which was released on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, has a Metacritic score of 73 on the PlayStation 2, 70 on the Wii, 60 on the Xbox 360, 45 on the DS (ouch!) and no score on the PlayStation Portable (calculating all 3 reviews, 53 in total, oof!).
