Update: I can say as a another note, its not his fault for the most part, you could say that we can still encourage inspection and faith in a comeback, but we need like him (Well, not all of us) some sense of direction to avoid misinformation or misguidance, like what Klaystation tried to convince us (his voice call is legit, but trying to get info directly from customer support isn’t gonna do anything, because many or all of them are Under Nondisclosure Agreement, meaning that nobody of them CAN speak the actual truth directly to avoid reputation damage)
