I wouldnt say that was harsh, that was just the truth. They probably tried hard to get Crash and Spyro, since that guy that was working on the game said he really wanted Crash too. So I guess Activision is the problem here, who knows. They were probably also irritated with all the messages asking for Crash, but thats what happens when a game has a big community.
